Age Is Really Just a Number

You Really Are as Old as You Feel! If you ever slip into thinking of yourself as over the hill, check yourself and practice this phrase: “I am forever young.” According to a new study of 10,000 adults, ages 24 to 102, published in the journal Health Psychology, people who reported feeling older than their actual age had a 10 percent to 25 percent increased likelihood of being hospitalized over the next two to 10 years.
